QA/QC Introduction

The QC division is engaged in the supervision of each stage of production, thereby ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. We now employ 18 personnel in this section.

Our in-house quality team has developed a testing and control system that is wholly in conformance with our exacting standards, and which covers all parts of the production process. Incoming materials and outgoing final products are all required to undergo comprehensive inspection procedures conducted by our personnel.

A product qualification rate of 99.5% has already been reached, and we are continually working to improve this level. Having many years experience of QC work, our quality staff are distinguished by their conscientiousness and outstanding sense of responsibility.
